Adult Class Consists of:
  • Stretching
  • Self defense techniques (empty hand)
  • Self defense techniques against various weapons
  • Fighting techniques; boxing, kick boxing, grappling, and open hand defenses, joint manipulation
  • Cardio workout
  • Good sportsmanship
 Children's Class Consist of:
  • Structured activities
  • Social interaction
  • Learning good sportsmanship
  • Team work
  • The importance of stretching and balance
  • Age appropriate self defense
